Bachat Yojna

The JMD Jewellers Gold Plan (9+1) allows you to purchase jewelry via installments. Pay for 9 months, and redeem after 10 months with a bonus.

Minimum monthly installment is ₹2,000. Enrollment is open to individuals only (minors via guardians). Companies/NRIs are not eligible.

Plan matures 30 days after the last installment. You must redeem within 1 month of maturity by purchasing 18KT, 22KT or 24KT Gold Jewellery.

Installments are due on the enrollment date each month. A 15-day grace period is provided. Delayed payments may reduce benefits.

Cash refunds are not permitted. If a refund is necessary under special circumstances, it will be processed via cheque or bank transfer only.

Valid photo ID and PAN card are mandatory at the time of redemption. The account holder must be present personally.

Customers are advised to peruse and comprehend the terms and conditions of the service with utmost care, as they shall be deemed binding without exception.

Gold rate booking is a process whereby customers can reserve gold at a specific price for a future purchase, thereby shielding themselves from potential price hikes.
गोल्ड रेट बुकिंग एक ऐसी प्रक्रिया है जिसके तहत ग्राहक भविष्य की खरीदारी के लिए एक विशिष्ट कीमत पर सोना आरक्षित कर सकते हैं, जिससे संभावित मूल्य वृद्धि से खुद को बचाया जा सकता है।

Redemption of gold rate bookings can only be effected by visiting the jeweler's showroom.
स्वर्ण दर बुकिंग का रिडेम्पशन केवल जौहरी के शोरूम पर जाकर ही की जा सकती है।

It is to be noted that gold rate bookings can only be redeemed by purchasing new jewelry, and not by means of cash or bank redemption.
यह ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए कि स्वर्ण दर बुकिंग को केवल नए आभूषण खरीदकर रिडेम किया जा सकता है, न कि नकद या बैंक रिडेम के माध्यम से।

Redemption of gold rate bookings can only be carried out after a period of 24 hours has elapsed since the initial booking.
प्रारंभिक बुकिंग के 24 घंटे की अवधि बीत जाने के बाद ही सोने की दर की बुकिंग का रिडेम्पशन किया जा सकता है।

Customers are free to make gold rate bookings for any number of transactions.
ग्राहक किसी भी संख्या में लेनदेन के लिए सोने की दर की बुकिंग करने के लिए स्वतंत्र हैं।

The minimum amount for a gold rate booking transaction is Rs.1000, while the maximum amount is Rs.500,000.
सोने की दर बुकिंग लेनदेन के लिए न्यूनतम राशि Rs.1000 है, जबकि अधिकतम राशि Rs.500,000 है।

Gold rate bookings are non-transferable and cannot be adjusted against any other metal or purity.
सोने की दर बुकिंग गैर-हस्तांतरणीय है और इसे किसी अन्य धातु या शुद्धता के अनुसार समायोजित नहीं किया जा सकता है।

Gold rate bookings are valid for a period of one year from the date of booking, and customers must complete their purchase transaction within this timeframe.
सोने की दर की बुकिंग, बुकिंग की तारीख से एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए वैध है, और ग्राहकों को इस समय सीमा के भीतर अपना खरीद लेनदेन पूरा करना होगा।

The liability of the company, its branches, or its stores under gold rate bookings is limited to the weight of the gold booked.

Any conditions not explicitly covered above are subject to the discretion of the company at the time of gold rate booking or redemption, and the company's decision in this regard is final and irrevocable.
ऊपर स्पष्ट रूप से शामिल नहीं की गई कोई भी शर्त सोने की दर बुकिंग या रिडेम्पशन के समय कंपनी के विवेक के अधीन है, और इस संबंध में कंपनी का निर्णय अंतिम और अपरिवर्तनीय है।

If the performance under these Terms is impeded, restricted, delayed, or interfered with due to labor disputes, strikes, acts of God, floods, lightning, severe weather conditions, shortages of materials, rationing, the introduction of any virus, Trojan or other disruptive mechanisms, any event of hacking or illegal usage of the Platform, utility or communication failures, earthquakes, war, revolution, acts of terrorism, civil commotion, acts of public enemies, blockade, embargo or any law, order, proclamation, regulation, ordinance, demand or requirement having legal effect of any government or any judicial authority or representative of any such government, or failure of any device used to access the Platform, or any other act whatsoever, whether similar or dissimilar to those referred to in this section.
यदि श्रम विवादों, हड़तालों, दैवीय कृत्यों, बाढ़, बिजली, गंभीर मौसम की स्थिति, सामग्री की कमी, राशनिंग, किसी वायरस, ट्रोजन या अन्य की शुरूआत के कारण इन शर्तों के तहत प्रदर्शन बाधित, प्रतिबंधित, विलंबित या हस्तक्षेप किया जाता है। विघटनकारी तंत्र, हैकिंग की कोई घटना या प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का अवैध उपयोग, उपयोगिता या संचार विफलता, भूकंप, युद्ध, क्रांति, आतंकवाद के कार्य, नागरिक हंगामा, सार्वजनिक दुश्मनों के कार्य, नाकाबंदी, प्रतिबंध या कोई कानून, आदेश, उद्घोषणा, विनियमन, किसी भी सरकार या किसी न्यायिक प्राधिकारी या ऐसी किसी भी सरकार के प्रतिनिधि के कानूनी प्रभाव वाले अध्यादेश, मांग या आवश्यकता, या प्लेटफ़ॉर्म तक पहुंचने के लिए उपयोग किए जाने वाले किसी भी उपकरण की विफलता, या कोई भी अन्य कार्य, चाहे वह इस अनुभाग में संदर्भित लोगों के समान या असमान हो।

Which are beyond the reasonable control of JMD Jewellers and could not have been prevented by reasonable precautions then JMD Jewellers shall be discharged from such performance to the extent of and during the period of such force majeure event. Such non-performance by JMD Jewellers shall not amount to a breach of its obligations herein.
जो JMD Jewellers के उचित नियंत्रण से परे हैं और उचित सावधानियों से रोका नहीं जा सकता था तो JMD Jewellers को ऐसी अप्रत्याशित घटना की अवधि के दौरान ऐसे प्रदर्शन से मुक्त कर दिया जाएगा। JMD Jewellers द्वारा इस तरह का गैर-प्रदर्शन उसके दायित्वों का उल्लंघन नहीं माना जाएगा।

Any disputes shall be subjected solely to the jurisdiction of the courts in Patna (Bihar), to the exclusion of the jurisdiction of any other court.
कोई भी विवाद केवल पटना (बिहार) की अदालतों के क्षेत्राधिकार के अधीन होगा, किसी अन्य अदालत के क्षेत्राधिकार को छोड़कर।

If any regulatory authority amends the existing laws, rules, Acts, etc., the Company reserves the right to modify, alter, suspend or discontinue the Gold Rate Booking option in accordance with the changed law and the necessary requirements that must be complied with by the account holder.
यदि कोई नियामक प्राधिकरण मौजूदा कानूनों, नियमों, अधिनियमों आदि में संशोधन करता है, तो कंपनी बदले हुए कानून और खाताधारक द्वारा अनुपालन की जाने वाली आवश्यक आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार स्वर्ण दर बुकिंग विकल्प को संशोधित करने, बदलने, निलंबित करने या बंद करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखती है।
